  1. The first step of the decision process is to assign a reviewer to the application and then create a review form which is can be found in more detail here
  2. A reviewer can be assigned by running certain process depending on which reviewer needs to be assigned, to assign a reviewer select the '...' option on the menu bar and then click on 'Run Workflow'Image Removed

  5. Enter the decision of the applicant by using the application ribbon as needed                                                                                                                                                         
  6. After entering the applicant's decision the decision letter for the applicant needs to be created
    1. , click on the 'Create Decision Letter' Button on the menu bar and the decision letter will be created within the next 5 minutes                                           
    2. The created Decision letter which is created can be found under the 'Secure Documents' Section on the application                                                                                                                                                                                                   
  7. After the Decision Letter is created, the decision needs to be published for it to appear on the applicants dashboard
    1. The decision can be published using the 'Publish Decision on' field in the 'Decision Management' section
    2. If the date in the Publish decision On field is set as a previous day or if it is set as today's date and it is after 12PM then the decision will publish immediately, otherwise the decision will be published on Noon at the date entered
