A brief review of how AEFIS, the campus course evaluations service integrates with courses.

Step-by-step guide

Add the steps involved:

1. Note from WSB's AEFIS coordinator about what to expect based on your course's length:
   
   1. • The online course evaluations run as surveys out of a campus system called AEFIS (https://aefis.wisc.edu)

   2.  

      • Your evaluation will open on Friday, 7/27.
      • You will get an email telling you that students will have access.  Students should get an individualized email with a link to the evaluation, although they can access it via their Student Center, too. 
      • They will have until August 5 to complete the evaluation and will receive a reminder email every 3-4 days either until they complete it or until August 5.

       

      I highly encourage you to provide time in class for students to complete the evaluations.  The system is mobile friendly, so they can use a phone, laptop or other device of their choice.

       

      Sometime after grades have posted, you’ll get an email from the system with instructions for accessing your evaluation results.

2. You can also copy and paste or drag and drop images into your instructions.
