This JSON is an array of columns.
Each column is defined by {"title", "steps"}.
Each step is defined by { "column", "relationship", "options" }.
"Column" is the type of column, one of "key", "space", "baseline", "description", "properties", "links", "status", "from", "to", "tests" or "jira".
"Relationship" is the requested relationship. Options depends on the type of column.

Steps represent the path from the origin requirement to the given column. If two columns have the same starting steps, then the search only starts from the intermediate column.
