• Square/rectangle images are intended as the primary format for images used in emails
• It is recommended, but not required, to upload images at one of the templated placeholder sizes:
600px x 300px, 560px x 310px, 560px x 225px, *270px x 200px, *230px x 165px, *150px x 150px
– If not using a placeholder size, ensure image is no wider than 600px and uses a similar ratio as template placeholder size. Check image quality in both full and mobile views.
*Any image 270px or below MUST be saved at 150 dpi for optimal image quality

Why should I care about the size of the images in my email?

• It is ideal to use a consistent naming convention. Begin the image name with the acronym or abbreviated name for the department, center, or program.
