If you have suddenly lost access to Eloqua due to the Redwood update, please email marketingautomation@wisc,edu for assistance.

The Eloqua interface was recently updated to Redwood, and the training materials below have not been updated to reflect the change yet.

If you are an Eloqua user, the UW Marketing Automation team should have sent some information regarding the changes. Please review them, and fill out the form acknowledging the update if you haven't already. 


This training documentation is a substitution for a 3-4 hour long training session. Please review it thoroughly prior to creating emails.
