- Network services - email, security, authorization and access, addressing, routing, and connectivity (wired and wireless networks).
- Hardware services - servers, workstations, laptops / notebooks, tablets, displays, and printers.
- Software services - operating systems, database management and reporting, office suites, media / helper applications, anti virus software.
- Application services - LRM, Office 365 email and calendaring,
- Procurement services - ITS serves as a coordinator for purchasing many of the hardware, software, services, and tools for research and learning.
We are focused on helping you derive the greatest value from our core areas of expertise. We welcome your questions or feedback anytime. Please feel free to stop by our office on the fourth floor of Grainger Hall, room 4270.

Hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. After hours and weekend support is offered as best effort. If this is critical, please contact Steve Van Der Weide's cell phone at 608-692-5090. If you reach voice mail for either voice option, please leave a detailed message of your name, the day / time of the call, a callback number, and a brief description of what you are experiencing.
